hi,sir/mam in my family 3brothers and 1 daughter.i was married.but now father is telling no property for u..my property full of my sons this is our culture like that he is tellinng. and also dont come to my home like that my father telling.im so much tensed.plz let me know what are the proceture. plz guide me.
as per your query, if it is your father's self acquired property then he can give it to whomsoever he feels like but if it is ancestral property then you have a birth right in it and you can ask for your share in the property.
