Right of son of Father's property as per Christian laws

My grandfather died n he have 10 cent property. N have 9 children. We are Christians and from Kerala. My father was forced to sign a 50 rupees paper saying the whole property belongs to younger son, my father didn't read it properly.n he got only 75000 as share .the last son didn't get property in his name. My father need share n it wl be almost 3 lakhs.what we can do?
File a suit for partition. Rest of the advice will be given after taking appoint. Effective solution are there don't worry....

File a partition suit before the munsiff court for getting his share and if theother party put for wards the claim of signature , deny the signature put in the Rs.50 stamp paper .So first step is send a legal notice to the person who posses the property and wants to get the share
