But my uncle is not willing to give any portion of the land to my mother on behalf of my father. He is telling we have no right. As my father is dead. Dear Client....
you need to write a letter to the conserned department and inform them .....
without both signature payment can not be released .... so your uncle may use some other means to take the payment
so its better to inform the department.

Venerated Sir,
As per your query I would like to inform that as per the law of India your mother have right in the ancestral property as a legal heirs and also you can claim over such property. Your have right to claim your share from the Government department as soon as possible on the basis of one of the legal heir of such land and your mother have absolute right over that property after sad demises of your father. Your uncle want to grab your right by hooks and crooks, hence you file a petition before Land Acquisition department for your share of payment on the basis of one the legal heirs . Need any query then call me through lawrato.
