Residential Flats on Amenities Block

Hi,
I'm one of the owners of a gated community of 200+ flats.
Some of us bought flats on 4th and 5th floors of Amenities block after looking at GHMC Approval certificate.
Now,Few owners are quoting some rules and regulations that Amenities block can not have residential flats on the top of it though out very neighbouring society of 300+ flats too has residential flats on the top of Amenities block.
Please clarify on this from legal perspective.

If you have the GHMC approved plan which permits residential units in Amenities block, then your title is clean .
Just check the Building approval plan again to reconfirm.
Also if your builder has completed the project, the builder has to issue you an OCCUPANCY Certificate.
If GHMC has issued an OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE for your flat that means the title is perfect.
If you have the GHMC approved plan which permits residential units in Amenities block, then your title is clean .
