Relatives claiming right over land as they have the original document

08-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
we have purchased a land in jodhpur in 1995. Sale agreement was made on 10 rs stamp on my mother name. As we live far from jodhpur, we kept that paper with my masosa and xerox copy is with us. Now my masosa is claiming that that land is their's. Can i claim my land back in that xerox copy as registry is not done yet

The sale agreement has done between your mother and the other one, right? If the registration is not finished you can go with the registration and if he make any problems, you can contact the police or court. And make a criminal complaint against him.

my dear friend as agreement made in the favour of your mother how can your maternal uncle say all this rubbish , contact seller of the said land and get registered this and take possession of the land .
in case as far as I sense the possession on the land is your maternal uncle if this is the main problem you should contact seller of the said land and get registered in your name and file possession suit against your maternal uncle .
contact for further detail.

If the agreement to sale is not in favour of your relative than he can not claim any right in the property agreed to be purchased by you.If sale deed is still not executed than you may have no problem as can get the sale deed in your favour of you directly from it's vendor
