Registration of plot given no work started what to do

Plot regd on my name by paying half of the plot market value with construction linked agreement to build with in one year in 2013 Oct. Hdfc housing sanctioned loan. But the builder not started any work. Seller and builder are same firm. Regd doc with the builder. What is my course of action?
Many are doing these kind of agreements nowadays. I believe you are having the original sale deed copy of the plot registered to you. if that is registered one, take a certified copy of the construction agreement. See the terms. You can enforce them.
