Registration of apartment and opening of bank account is necessary?

we are living in building since last 7 years without CC and OC therefore we have not registered the society , without CC and OC we do not want to register the society. We have adhoc committe and we collect cash and pay cash to manage the society , we need to open a bank account. can we register a xyz apartment resident associate ? what are documents required to register such association and is it possible to register such association ?
For registration purpose you need to form a committe and prepare article o f association or memo of association and submit relevant document of members for registration of association and on the basis of formation of association you can open a bank account.
