Regarding sanction letter submitted for agreement

I bought flat in Pune and for home loan i took sanction letter of axis bank and gave it to builder for registration of flat also i was not eligible for loan amount required for SBI when i was submitted sanction letter. But now my salary got increased and now i am eligible to get loan from SBI as per required amount.. So, is it necessary to take loan from axis, as i was given sanction letter of axis for registration.
Since you have already taken a loan from Axis bank so it may be difficult to transfer the loan. However you can speak to the bank and try.
