Regarding property matter
17-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My Brother Sold house to my father in 2014, after he was asking some share in that home, my father refused give him. he sent legal notice thru his Friend (my brother took some loan from his friend when the sold property on his name, till now he did not return the loan, so called lender sent notices to my father and brother to return the basic + Interest amount) how my father liable to pay this amount since he purchased home from my brother
If the loan was solely taken by your brother in his own name for his own personal use, than father cannot be made liable to pay same. To judge the whole issue clearly you need to give us more clear details pertaining to question why and how loan was taken .
