Madam Good afternoon,

Your confirm whether your grandfather is alive or not. How many children are to ur grandfather. If they are two, your father and his brother will take each share and each share to his widow that is your grandma. The expenditure done to your grandma has to be shared by your family alongwith your father's younger brother. You can file partition suit to divide the property alongwith possession. In that suit, you can also get an injunction against your father's younger brother, if he is trying to sell the property illegally without your consent. before that you can give public notice through a local daily intimating the public to deter from purchasing the property in which you are having a share.
