Recovery of property when obtained by someone else fraudulently

I have a plot and few years back my father is off and one of a local builder saying this property sale by your father to me and I have a document also I Don't know how it's possible my father never told us that he sold the plot. after this i verify it's self and I found the name of a builder on 7/12 ..but on property card still my father name.What is the remdy to recover the property?

Whether you have a registered sale deed in respect of the above said property. Take history of 30 years from tahasildar if u have cts extract , if u have 7/12 extract take 5 years 7/12extract and take mutatuin entry that means no. which r recorded in round circle u wil get entry of sale if your father sale the property. First find out this way whether your father sale the property or not.
