Received notice from nagar palika What to do

hello, I have got a notice from Nagar Nigam , Jaipur It says " I have been charged against Rajasthan Nagarpalika Law of 2009 194 / 287 and (7) F. " But I have bought the flat and the notice also says " It is created up to 19.60 Meter but the limit is 15 Meter." Please tell me what to do.
draft a reply mentioning the correct facts and disclosing that you have purchased the said flat in question from a builder.
if the said flat has been constructed more than the prescribed limit, the corporation has right to send you a notice and demolish unauthorized construction
