Received land as a gift during marriage can I sell it after divorce

Hello sir , I have land. But we are unable to indentyfy that.. I got married 2007 and divorced .. And my husband is legal lawer at the time of marriage our given that land as a gift to me ... But after divorce i came to my parents place for further study as i got married at 14 years ... And we one girl child ... He got ex party divorce ... For my future i want sell that plot ... But he is a legal advisor ...no body is ready to help me ... And also m not getting any mantaince for my daughter ... Kindlg adivce me on this matter ...
