Hi... My grandmother wrote a will for my father... she is no more now.. what is the procedure to convert the property to my father's name... my father has 3 sister's... in conversion procedure is there a step to get signature from his sister's...

As per the Will of your grandmother has the property been given to your father solely. is the will registered or not? you need to get mutation of the will once mutation is done you may transfer the property in your fathers name through a proper process and get the property registered in your father name.
