realtors cheating us by taking money and not doing registration

26-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
One of the private realtors approach us to buy a flat than they provide loan through bank .total cost of the flat value is RS.27.57 lacks .realtors asked to pay the registration charges of Rs.2.60 laks that amount also we paid to the realtors. But till now they didn’t arrange for the registration. So we stop to pay the EMI amount to the bank last four month. Again realtors forced us to pay RS.1.30 laks and balance amount of bank due for the registration. Recently banks send the advocate notice for the EMI problem. Finally what should we do now? And how can I solve this problem?

If you have entered into a sale agreement with builders, you can seek registration of property on its basis. For this you need to send legal notice. Proper advise can be given after going through the documents and agreement. As per your convenience you can seek professional advice from a lawyer.
