Re developer not doing work as per agreement what can I do

We are staying away from homes from 10 yrs.now planning to sue builder as he stopped rents from last year and no construction on site.we have agreement with first odpl but he sold property to second without our permission.

As per your above query , taking into consideration the above fact . Various facts needs to be examined.
How ever in the above scenario if the builder has committed to pay you and has defaulted , as well as he has signed an agreement with you. Prima facie he can be booked.
