Random girl asking claim in uncles property, will is made in my favour

my uncle has made a will in favour of me & i did the probate of it.Now a girl came claiming in the court that she is the daughter of my uncle .we don't know her.she has filed case against me.What shall i do
The burden of proof to prove that she is a daughter of your deceased uncle lies on the girl itself. Thus, you are not required to worry about it. She is required by law to prove that she is a daughter of your uncle. Also, if she is a daughter of your uncle then, she has the right to claim her share in the property.

When you have probated the will already, you need not to worry. But it is not clear what case the girl has filed. In any case you need to contest the case. You should consult an Advocate and contest the case.
