Purchased resale flat tax not paid by old owner

Dear Sir, I have purchases resale flat on July-2016 & It was decided that the old owner will paid all taxes, mseb bill till date of purchase & the previous owner has not paid the PMC tax & MSEB bill till date. The tax is around 80000 & MSEB bill is 1500 respectively. Please advice me what action I can take against the old owner for above dues?

You can send a legal notice through an advocate to the previous owner to pay the all dues pending before you purchased the said property. For further information i need to see your documents

Buyer must be aware before the purchase of any property. As u had made sale deed and as per terms & condition seller need to pay the due amount. U can give him notice through the lawyer for payment of due.
