Purchased property in auction not received possession what can I do

My father purchased half part of land in auction 20 years ago. The other half was purchased by son-in-law (X hereafter) of judgement debtor( died in 1990). At that time their was a small rented shop in the land of X. It has been 20 years and we have not received possession of the property from the execution court. Two years back X (who resides in gujrat) started developing his part of the property and without any permission shifted that rented iron shop in our part of the land. Iron shop owner (with support of sons of judgment debtor) is refusing to vacate our land. Any swift legal remedy?
