Purchased land is being claimed by government after 12 years

We have purchased a plot of 167sq Yds in Hyderabad,United Andhra Pradesh in the year 2003.After 12 years ,in the year 2015 the newly formed government of telangana put a notice board on land (167×6plots=1002sq Yds) that it belongs to Govt.of Telangana.We wanted to construct a home in 2016 but because of this we are totally suffering. please suggest any advice so that we can get back our land .

do you have the link documents pertaining to the purchased land and relevant documents and EC and all required documents must need to go against the government to sue the concerned department so that you can enjoy the said land
