Purchased a shop members have dispute with builder they locked my shop

dear sir, i have purchase a shop from a builder which was a still area in a building and i was planing to purchase still area after plan passing as builder said that i can buy still area after plan passing as a shop so i invested and constructed a shop but now problem is that in that building people are having dispute with builder so due to this building people locked my shop they want to capture my shop. i have documents of payment and stamp paper with signature of builder with details that i am paying amount to the builder for construction of shop on a still area. need advise for action

Check with corporation if the plan is approved for shop as the builder cannot sell stilt open space. You can give notice to builder to refund your amount with damages. If the builder fails to pay you can file suit against him.

Have you registered your document by paying stamp duty and registration charge?
Is TP plan show shop at that place?

u have immediately file cIVIL suit against builder for permanent injunction and possession, declaration. (and file interim application for temporary injunction) or file case before consumer court for defamation of mental and physical harassment and declaration and possession and permanent injunction or recovery of amount with interest.
