Purchased a land from SC/ST can it be unconstitutional

26-May-2023 (In Property Law)
If I have purchased an agricultural land plot from a SC/ST/Dalit in 1980 is this transaction deemed unconstitutional under Section 42 or any other section of the SC, ST Act? Is this applicable only from the date of the act i.e 1989 or also retrospectively?

The Supreme Court of India on 20 September 2012 ruled that the land belonging to scheduled castes or tribes cannot be bought by non-dalits, including companies as such transactions are unconstitutional.
