Purchase of Property where MInor has a Share

01-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear, I bought a property with house from a lady(Mrs. A), who in turn purchased the land alone from another lady(Mrs. B).(Mrs A constructed a house in that land and sold it to me). Actually the initial property owner passed away and have two legal heirs Mrs. B and their son Master C (aged 4) at the time of sale of the land. According to the title documents of sale, the value of sale registered is split up into two equal halves, where one half is deposited in bank in the name of Minor and the other half to Mrs, B. The sale document to Mrs. A also states that any issues in this sale will have to be cleared up by Mrs. B at her own expenses in future, similar sentence is been added in the sale document of Mrs. A to me too. Will there be any issues in future, when the Master C becomes major. Any remedies for me to make my property a clean chit. for how many years he can even make it an issue after becomes a major. please advise. Religion: Hindu (all the parties mentioned above)

In this case if there was no partition between the two legal heirs which is MrsB and Minor than, Mrs B could not sell the property as minor is joint owner in it. On majority he has all rights to claim the property back.
