Purchase of house in titwala district

Actually I have purchased a house in titwala district 1 year ago and I was supp2 to get all legal documents such as tax receipt and electricity bill but the builder does not provide me and my house is going in road construction project by the state government so what shall I do for the claim of my money from the builder
Before the purchase of the property you were required to inquire into the nature of the property. However, you can register a FIR in the nearest police station against the builder for cheating under section 420 of IPC. Also, you can file a complaint in the consumer forum for deficiency in service claiming compensation etc.
