Public park being sold by developer civil case by developer with BBMP

BBMP legal cell not competent/serious.Resident association not having sufficient fund. Question 1.What is the best legal action by residents to get the park with BBMP or residents with limited funds within shortest possible time. 2.Is there any spiritual /holy /charitable lawyer in Bangalore who can take up this issue to High Court for speedy resolution in favour of residents.3.Along with the park the residents should get all the mandatory civic amenities under the law from the developer.The residents will be ever grateful to the great lawyer who helps the residents in this matter settled.
