Proprety distribution after death of my parents without WILL

We are 4 brothers and one sister all are married and we are all around 55 years old. Our father died 20 years back without a will. During his tenure, he registered few acre property to a son A and he is being eldest he is looking after all the property including his registered one. Remaining property transferred on our mother name after our father demise.After some time our Mother also died without a Will. We have around few acre property excluding one registered on son A. How to distribute the property among us. Whether sister has the right?. our mother died 10 years back.
