Property's previous owner raised dispute what can be done

03-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi Sir, I bought the land and house on June 2016. Initially, the land was bought from "A" person to "B" in 2001. In 2005 "A's" sister put a case on "B", she has some authority on land, from 2001 to 2015 it happened, "B" won the case. From "B", Builder "C" bought the house and constructed. From "C" i bought the house. Yesterday "B" came to my house and showed the notice the he got, "A's" sister went to High Court. What i need to do? I dont know anything, please help me. And i didn't mention the names, so i kept A,B,C. Thanks.

Without seeing the case papers and properly studying the case details it will very difficult to come to a conclusion, I suggest consult an advocate where you are residing, have a face to fce meeting for better opinion and result.
