Property was registered in my name when I was minor can I claim now

Im a girl of 21 yrs.I have an property on my name which was registered when Im minor. Gardian was my mother now Im a major. I need to clarify a question now who has the rights of the property?if they are not willing to give me then what should be done?one more question if any property documents r missing what can be done?

Dear mam the property which was purchased on your name when you where minor it was a legal transactions no body can take it back from you and regarding loss of document you can approach registration office and get certified copies of document. You have full legal right on your property as you said your mother is only appointed as guardian when you are minor. Now you became major and you will have full legal right. If your mother is not willing to give you property the you can claim it through court.

Now you are the absolute owner of the property after attaining majority and you have only rights over the same. If any body raises objections you have approach civil court and file a declaration suit. You can get the duplicate copies from registrar office, if any documents were missing.

Parents cannot take back property that is registered in their son's name.
