Property transferred to grandson in Will and grand daughter claim

Query: My mother is only daughter to my grand parents and lives together. my grandfa 1 & my grandma have 2 acres land. My grandma expired on 01.10.2010. Now my grandfa written gift deed all land to grandson in 2012 with a plea that my grandma had entrusted her property to my grandfa by Will one day before her expiry. Now any right on that land to our both granddaughters.

yes .here wether the property was inherited by your grand parents or they purchased the property.
as u said ur grandfather have gifted the property to grandson but wether the gift deed is registered .as u said about the will i need to go through the documents so that we can decided wht can be done to protect the interest of yours

Hi, the will should have been probated. If not, the will should be challenged in court especially when the person died the next day after writing the will . Your grandfather gift deed is valid only to the property that is owned by him. Grand daughters should contest the suit
