Property transferred from grandfather to father can daughters claim ?
12-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
We r three sisters, two r married n m the youngest unmarried. The house in which we stay was trfd from my grand father to my dad. After my dad's death, we all sisters signed Noc and trfd house to our mom. Now my mom is in critical situation bcz of her chronic desease. My grandmother and her daughters( 3 bhuas) are saying after her this property belongs to them only as it was owned by my grandfather. Plz advise what shud we do.
You have not mentioned how the property came to your father I.e was it by way of a WILL?
Because if it was by way of a will your buas (father's sisters) will have no claim after the death of your father.
