Property transfer thruogh gift deed

03-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather gave me a piece of land through a gift deed. However my uncle objected to it. But all proceedings have been done i.e. property transfer through gift deed and change of name( all done willingy through my grandfathers mutual consent) . So will it this deed be secure from my uncle.

If the deed has been registered, you have nothing to worry about. Your uncle will not have any scope to challenge the deed if it has been duly registered. However, an unregistered deed will not transfer title to the property.
