04-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi sir. Last month my husband passed away and my father's family are not supporting me at all ,now i want to take my legal property from my father. I have to know that after marriage ,am i eligible for taking father's property ?? If yes then how and what happens if my father doesn't want to give ?
This is your right to stay there in your marriage home and if the property is ancestors property you have all right in your husbands property. Your have to claim for that through right channel that is civil court
