Property rights in divorce when payment is done by both parties

My wife is forcing me for divorce after 13 years of marriage. We have 2 properties one in Delhi where in I have paid all the downpaymets and still paying bank EMI....bit bought the property in name of wife. ..second is in gurgaon where 10 %payment by wife balance by me ...but property is in name of both....what are my rights
