sir/ma'm my name is sudhir kumar.i am from gazipur ,utter pradesh but i live currently in delhi. Actually my grandfather has died recently. My grandfather have two son and one sister. Our property available in three places.My father's sister talking from my father that our property will be device into three part but we want to divide only into two brother not for sister.currently my father's sister have also her husband property.so why kinds of right have available of my father'sister.
Whether your grand father is alive? All three properties are ancestral property or his self acquired property. All these informations are required to determine your father's sister's right over the property.

Dear Sir, after 2005, it has been the law that daughter is also having equal share to that of son. If you want to challenge such law, then the right forum will be Supreme Court, for that you file your case before lower Court, take orders from there, then challenge the said law before Hon'ble Supreme Court.
