Property purchased in mother's name how to distribute the property

15-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My father purchased a plot in the name of his mother, i.e my grandmother, who died in the year 2011. & my grandfather expired many years back before my birth, i.e, 1991(I Could't remember the date of his expiry). Recently, in the year 2014, i lost my father. Now my mother is on the verge of partitioning the property that my father owned in the name of my grandmather. I have two paternal uncles & two paternal aunt's. Now since the land is going to be partition both all of them wants a piece out of it. Will my paternal aunt's get a piece of the land? & are their signatures essential?

You need to prove in the court that the property was purchased by your father and for the sake of registering the property, it was registered in the name of your grandmother. Once you prove that in the court with the help of evidence the property will be divided among the legal heirs of your father i.e. your mother and your siblings.
