How to transfer a property co owned by father in law and husband to sole ownership of husband? Father in law is wilfully transferring the same. What is the procedure ? What stamp duty applicable?
Your father can transfer his share in the property through gift deed to your husband. A gift deed needs to be registered and certain amount of stamp duty has to be paid to register such gift deed.
