Property on Mother deed. How to proceed ?

Purchased plot during lease period,which is over now.I have to procure mother deed from bad. In whose name it will be issued? In my name of original allotte name
In your case you have informed that you have "Purchased" the plot. It means the right over the property of the earlier owner is transfered to you and also his liability. Mother deed cannot be transfered. But the rights of the lease can be transfered to you. As per record you are the owner.
