Property of my parents occupied by brother how can we claim share

after my mother and father passed away,the property belongs to my mother,my eldest brother resident shifted to better possession,cut the tree,damaged walls for space built a shop and he is eating rent from 8 years ,2007 august and harassing us. we two brothers two sisters are scared and i live abroad.recently he thretened to burn my 2 wheelers if i park there. kindly advice.
