Property of a dseased hindu son who will get property mother or wife

My brother married 7 yrs back his wife lived with him for a month and left the home without informing. Till date she did not turned up. My brother tried hard to get her back to home. Every time she kept coditions to come home and demanded money and property as her security deposit to come to husbands home. and he gave her all. After getting money she refused to come to husbands home. Still she was fighting for divorce. she tortured a lot to my brother due to which he suffered high bp and lost kidneys. He expired two months back mutual divorce first sign done. Now she claims for his property.
