I am highly surprised by this as your relative has right in the property inherited by her husband after his death. Further no case can stand against her and so you advise her to take help of Hon'ble High court.

Firstly she need to approach court and ask for succession certificate and declaring herself as the sole legal heir of her deceased husband .
If her husband was entitled to any deceased property then the same can be claimed on the basis of legal heirship.
As far as annoying aunty is concern you may file an FIR against her for undue harassment and prohibiting you to use your rightful property.

Her husband's aunt cannot claim any share in the self acquired property of her late husband. Her husband's aunt cannot even claim any money also. You have a option of civil remedies provided you give me some more details regarding your issue. Kindly book a consultancy call for more specific advice.
