One of my property which sold out. this property have only possession no any other documents. i am staying there from last 18 year only i have ration card, voting card addhar card.

As the situation is not clear enough from the details provided by you. And as you are residing at the property from last 18 years you have an easement right over the property. And as the question your are trying to ask is not clear so please do ask again with proper details.

You can not force him to sell your house to you by any legal means as he is the sole owner of the property and he can sell it to anyone he wishes to.

This is my response to you:
1. Yes the daughter has a share in the property of her deceased mother;
2. No she cannot make a Will for a unborn child;
3. You need to state the property, whether it is self acquired or ancestral?
4. Consult a local lawyer before taking any legal steps.

no. as per hindu law a divorce daughter can not inherited i her mother" property . yes if she have no legal heir and thereafter as succesion rule she acquire the property but she reverseback to her husband 'heier.
