I have paid 95% of the total amount for flat in kengiston boulevard jaypee wishtown now with Company being declared insolvent please advice as to what should i do. Religion is Hindu
in this case you can send him a legal notice and if he does not comply with the terms of the notice then you can file a recovery suit under the provisions of order 32 of the civil procedure code. however you can also file a complaint under the provisions of consumer protection act.
