Sir, I have a question about land. We are leaving in small village with my family but issue is same villagers are creating problem about my land they says that is my land where you build house. They have a proof but my house already build. They have 60 years old proof.. my quary is 60 year old proof is valid or not? Pls reply me.. thank you

As per ur question there could be chance that there could be chance that a land registary paper could be 60+ years old.But other proof should also be seen .If u have been residing there proof u need is revenue rasid and mutation order etc

Technically, all proofs are valid. Only it becomes stale.. that is cannot be enforced. First determine by appointment of 'Amin' the exact location of the house and only thereafter proceed in the matter.
