Hey,
You have an absolute share in the property specially to that where your grandfather gave himself a share .
Rest of the share I want to know by what documents were the property transferred?
Feel Free to have a word with me

Hello, the nature of property distribution is more important, when he divided his property in 4 equal divisions, then your father would get his portion, and simultaneously from him to you, you can claim your part, but without knowing the whole documents its not possible to suggest you the proper legal way.
