Property dispute of an NRI by resident of Jaipur
15-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
My Aunt is an NRI. One of the property owner had taken a huge loan from her and in lieu he named his house where he is currently living in the name of my Aunt. My Aunt has the property papers and all the legal documentation of the house. The pact was to pay her the amount in 6 months but now it has been 6 months. My Aunt wants to sell the property which is mortgaged to her but the man who is living in the house is threatening otherwise. Please advice the legal action.
If you have papers of property you need not worry. There are so many ways to overcome this situation. By looking at wordings of document and other papers we can select proper way. Please visit to my office at Jaipur with complete documents.
U have to first show that ur aunt has all the pspers showing her ownership and title of the property. Secondly, thr person who is residing in the property is tenent or not. If he is tenent than u should file eviction suit. Or go to the local police to get the house evicted.
