Property dispute among family for brother's property

Hi Sir, we are in difficult situation regarding our properties not disputed. My father and his brother were never had a situation about disputing property. But my uncle (my father's brother) expired in 2012 with severe heart stroke. my aunt is now interesting about disputing properties ( There is a land which came from grand father's and houses which hight rate properties) which are in high demand as they are in my uncle's name. Can you please advise us an approach to dispute property.
When you say the properties are in your uncle's name, was your uncle elder to you father. Need more details on
a) Are you and your father are claiming your stake in these properties as these are ancestral property
b) how the property devolved on your uncle ?
c) who are the legal heirs of your grand father, your father and your uncle ?
d) need your religion too.
