Property dispute among brothers over died father's will

My father had a letter written on the table that said my name on it that the property will go to my daughter my name on it, and some time after my father passed away in hospital and straight away the letter was torn by my older brother also my other siblings also knew that my my father wanted to give this house to me, so from that day afterwards my brother was administered for my father's estates, and he did not do the estate like the way my father was doing, so reply back where I stand, please email only

Dear concerned,
You are enough matured and can understand the matter as even torn paper u have we can go ahead further but even u don't have any thing and have any blind witness can go ahead to stop his sound sleep.

You can approach the court of law as per the jurisdiction of your house. You will have to file a probate case in that court to claim your share of property. Another thing is possible that you can file a partition suit in the same court as per thr jurisdiction.

See you should file for partition of the property. In the recent property law, Daughter have equal rights in property so atleast you will have equal share with your brother.
If you want to pursue the case as a single owner of the said property then you need to file a criminal case of cheating, forgery and criminal breach of trust in the instant situation.
You need to consult with details of your religion, property and your siblings.
