Property Case in court relatives are trying to sell the property

my mother gave the house to me through gift registration. Later i gift registered the house to my wife. They (2 brothers, mother, sister) have appealed in court and degree was issues that house is divided in 5 parts(I, other 2 brothers, mother,sister). I appealed in court and the degree got cancelled and I took injunction on one brother.. they appealed again and case is going on in court , now they are trying to sell house to third party (when case is going on)and their documents are at sub-registrars office waiting as some documents are missing. How can I stop registration ?
First of all the facts are not clear. We need to exaxmine the entire sets of documents. The appeal was filed and subequently the decree was cancelled. Again the appeal has been cancelled now in what stage is the case.
Further any injunction has been sought against your brother in the current appeal which is pending before the court for adjudication. your query is silent on this fact hence please provide the detailed facts so that we advice you.
