Property case filed but pending due to other party what to do

Hi the case filed by my grandmother to my uncle as he has possessed my grandfathers property ,after grandmother my father is pursuing the case ,the registered will we hve on my father's name of the house in possession by my auunty nd her two sons living abroad after uncles death,dry r not accepting the courts notice,so the case is hanged. What action can i take?
