Property buying from legal heirs including minors we are hindus

1. My grand father purchased a house on his own earnings . 3 sons(A,B,C) to him. House partitioned by court 1/3 for A 2/3 for B&C jointly as per sons wish and title changed legally. 2. Now some of legal heirs of C including their minor children staying in abroad and some in India, wish to sell their half of undivided share on 2/3 to B legal heirs. 3. What is the legal procedure for B legal heirs to follow for a future legal trouble free purchase deal. We are hindus
The legal; heirs of B must obtain relinquishment deed or release deed from the legal heirs of C. If they are staying abroad, they may authorize some person by way of General Power of Attorney to execute release deed.
